About My Experience
My professional experience has allowed me to explore multiple areas of business, from customer service to operations and marketing. Working as a server at Tibby's New Orleans Kitchen was where I first discovered my love for sales. This taught me how to communicate effectively with all types of people, build relationships, and help understand my customers needs. Through my internships at H&H Group, I've been able to experience multiple sides of business, working on projects across both operations and marketing. Each role has challenged me in a different way and helped me have a more well-rounded understanding of business.

I gained hands-on experience with Amazon FBA, inventory, fulfillment, and process improvement. This role strengthened my problem-solving skills and showed me how strong operations support a successful business.
